Adopting a sphynx kitten is based on a first come first serve basis. The first person that pays for or puts a deposit down on a specific kitten, that kitten will be saved for that person only. kittens that are listed in our available kittens page will be posted if they are still available or sold, If you see one that you like, and it is listed as available and you would like like to secure one for yourself, this can be done by putting down a $200 (U.S) deposit on a specific kitten. The deposit is non-refundable unless the seller cannot supply that specific kitten that was originally agreed upon. The remaining balance is due before the cat is shipped or picked up. No personal checks . Cash, money order, cashiers check only.
The price of a sphynx sold as a pet starts at $1200 and up. (U.S. funds).
If a cat must be shipped, the buyer pays the cost of shipping, which will run you about and additional $200 per crate. If you buy more than one kitten to be shipped at the same time, and they are small enough to fit more than one into that one crate, and all the kittens are still able to move around freely, and are within airline regulations, then the shipping is still only $200. We can ship cats to any major airport in the U.S.A, that ships animals--weather permitting. Shipping is done most generally COD (cash on delivery). How shipping works is: Once the cat is paid for and the sales agreement is signed and in my possession, I will take the kitten to the vet and obtain a veterinary certificate of good health, this is necessary for any animal to be able to fly. I will supply an airline approved carrier, blankets for them to lay on, some food for flight, all the necessary paperwork, shot records and pedigree registration papers. If the weather permits, I will book the flight, take the cat to the airport and release it to the airline for shipping. Once I have a confirmation number I will call you and e-mail you with all the necessary information, so that you can be at the airport to pick up your new baby sphynx. I recommend calling your airport cargo hub to confirm all flights and reservation times. If the buyer wants to purchase insurance on the cat from the airlines, the buyer must call the airlines and take care of that themselves. When the cat arrives at the airport the buyer is responsible for paying the airlines for all shipping costs. If The airport does not do COD or the buyer does not feel comfortable with the COD method, the buyer can send the seller an extra $200 (U.S.) per crate, for shipping, and the seller will pre-pay the airlines for the shipping.
Every sphynx cat comes with a vet checked certificate of good health, obtained with in 48 hours of leaving my home, TICA registration papers, shot records and a health guarantee. We also have a sales agreement. This is to protect the sphynx cat, sphynx buyer, and the sphynx seller.
No kitten will leave my home until they are fully ready, this is most generally around 12-16 weeks of age. All kittens will be altered prior to leaving my home, no exceptions other than to a small group of breeders that I work with, or unless I have it listed as a breeder.
