-Seller is not responsible for any veterinary services or bills obtained or incurred for the dog, at any time.
-No dog will be sold for breeding, some dogs may be altered prior to leaving my home.
-Seller does not guarantee the adult weight, color, markings, or temperament of the dog.
-Seller is not responsible for simple health problems, i.e. worms, colds, umbilical hernia or viral infections.
-A deposit to hold a specific dog is $50 (U.S$) and is non-refundable unless seller cannot supply that specific dog.
-The price of a Chihuahua starts at $400. and up (U.S funds). A dog may be shipped to any major airport in the U.S.A--weather permitting, at the purchasers cost. Shipping is an additional $300. charge per crate. This covers air fair, the kennel crate, blankets, food, the certificate of good health that the vet issues, before the puppy is allowed to fly, and every thing else needed for the dog to fly. If more than one puppy is purchased and they can be shipped at the same time in the same crate the charge is still the $300 for the first dog's flight, plus and additional $40 for the second dog that rides along in the first dog's crate (that extra $40. is to cover the second dogs certificate of health). The airlines will only allow two puppies to ride together in one crate. The purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and airline carrier charges. Seller is not liable for dogs lost or stolen after acceptance by the airline carrier. Seller is not responsible for any delays or problems that the airline might have during shipping. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file a claim with the airline if shipments are lost, damaged, or delayed, resulting in mortality of the dog.
-There is a 14 day health guarantee for your dog, on the condition of: The purchaser has three days after receiving the dog to obtain a veterinary certificate of health of the dog. If the vet certifies in writing that the dog suffers from a life threatening condition, being not a simple health problem, the dog can be returned within 24 hours of the exam for a replacement puppy from the kennel, as soon as a replacement is available.
-There are no cash refunds. Failure to comply with any of these terms forfeits the offer, and the health guarantee is null and void, and a replacement dog will not be issued.
-Seller does not accept personal checks. You may send your deposit or final payment in the form of cashiers check, postal money order, or cash. If sending a deposit or final payment by mail, I would suggest getting a trace or tracking number.
In the event of Non-Sufficient Funds or a stop payment on a cashiers check or money order. The purchaser is liable or all costs and attorney fees that the seller encounters if a collection action is necessary.
